THE ORGANIZATION WILL SUPPORT AND WILL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF, TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF, OR TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF WASHTENAW CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION, INC. (THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION). THE ORGANIZATION WILL ONLY ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES THAT BOTH SUPPORT THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION AND FURTHER CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. THE ORGANIZATION WILL SUPPORT THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION TO INTRODUCE AND ATTRACT INDIVIDUALS TO PURSUE THOSE CAREERS AND THE EDUCATION THEY REQUIRE. SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES MAY INCLUDE PROGRAMS SUCH AS CAREER EXPOSITIONS, CAREER FAIRS, JOB FAIRS, AND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS PURSUING CAREERS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
