Grant Description
Award of $1,000 to an Iowa youth in recognition of a charitable initiative to enhance the local quality of life or address a local need in eligible locations. Award funds will be used as a contribution to the recipient's choice of local charitable cause or charity. The purpose of this program is to recognize an individual who was the main organizer of a charitable project or program that took place in the last three years and serves Muscatine County residents.

Criteria and Eligibility:
• The award is eligible for youth age 18 and under who were the primary organizer of a charitable program or project.
• The charitable program or project must serve Muscatine County residents.
• The initiative must have taken place in the last three years.

The award recipient will be recognized by the Community Foundation of Greater Muscatine and will receive a $1,000 stipend to be directed to the recipient’s charity or charitable cause of choice within Muscatine County.
