The organization provides both material resources (food, medicine, etc.) and cash grants for medical treatment, education, nutrition, shelter, water projects, self-help programs, and care for orphaned and vulnerable children. Cross also engages in relief and recovery efforts in response to disasters such as earthquakes, floods and typhoons. From July 2018 to June 2019, Cross International distributed aid in 14 countries.
