THESE REPORTS COMPARE APPROVED BUDGET TOTALS TO ACTUAL EXPENSES INCURRED TO INSURE THAT EXPENDITURES ARE ALLOWABLE UNDER THE APPROVED BUDGET. RESPECT TOGETHER ALSO CONDUCTS ON SITE MONITORING VISITS TO THE MAJORITY OF OUR SUBRECIPIENTS NO LESS THAN ONCE EVERY THREE YEARS. DURING THESE SITE VISITS WE TEST COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TOGETHER PROGRAMMATIC AND FISCAL STANDARDS.
